Houses. c1740. Brick; plain tile roof; brick end stacks to
rear. 3-unit plan.
2-storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window range: to left, 3-light
window with central metal casement, under segmental arch;
central 2-light casement, under segmental arch; to right,
3-light casement, interrupting storey band; 3 early C20 gable
dormers with casements.
Central plank door in chamfered and moulded doorcase, in
altered opening; to left, 4-light window with metal glazing
bars and casement, under segmental arch; to right, blocked
opening, and 4-light window with moulded oak case. Ground
floor room to right has blocked corner fireplace and exposed
ceiling beams; ground floor room to left has exposed
spine-beam. Central passage has exposed box framing and
ceiling beams; plank doors, to left in moulded case.
Rear has wood mullion windows, partly blocked with brick,
2-light casement, with C20 twin casement over, in altered
opening; C18, 3-light metal window to right; outshut to left
linking to No.25, which has C17 box framing with brick nogging
on edge to 1st floor, over C18 brickwork; C20, 2-light
casement to first floor; C20 door to right and C19, 2-light
casement to left. Brick stack to corner.
Left return of rubble with brick gable; various lights and
blocked openings.
