Early C19 terrace. Rubble, dressed quoins. 2 storeys. 8 windows overall,
sashes with glazing bars and red brick dressings, some have been replaced
by casements. Modern glazed doors. 2 large glazed porches and single
storey roughcast addition at end. Slate hipped roof. Included for group
value only.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and outbuilding in front of and east of No 7 form
a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) River Terrace and Nos 23, 25, 33 Tregony
Hill.
