Early C19 granite ashlar terrace. 3 storeys, semi-basement and attics. 5 windows,
recessed architraves, sashes with glazing bars. 2 string courses, and 6 wide
pilasters. Semi-circular headed doorways with fanlights. Slate roofs and assortment
of dormers, simple eaves moulding.

nos 1 to 5 (consec) together with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Morrab Terrace form a
group.
