Circa 1830. 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Yellow stock brick, stucco frieze,
cornice and parapet. Gauged brick arches to all openings, those on 2nd floor
flat, those on 1st and ground floor round headed in round arched recesses. Stucco
1st floor cill band. All sash windows, those on 1st floor with glazing bars.
6-panel door at riglt, with plain semicircular fanlight, in round arched recess
slightly smaller than that of window. Moulded spring string on ground floor.
Plain wrought iron area railings with urn finials at intervals.

Nos 21 to 28 (consec) form a group.
