Late C18 shaped wall adjoining gatehouse and enclosing Castle
Green on south. Local brick with stone coping. Gatepiers to
carriageway opening of stone ashlar to brick core. Square
section with moulded plinth and plain entablature, surmounted by
finials with shallow pyramidal caps. Wrought iron gates.
