Former town house in row, now shop with flat over. c1830. Flemish
bond red brick, now painted; ashlar dressing; brick chimneys;
replacement tile roof. Three-storey with cellar. Front: 3-window
fenestration with stone voussoir lintels, 16-pane to middle floor,
12-pane to upper floor. Central windows blank to be painted as
false sashes (not thus painted at time of survey - August, 1985).
Central pedimented doorway with panelled pilasters; 6-panel door;
C20 shop sign across frieze. Flanking canted C19 flat-roofed shop
windows. Moulded eaves cornice. Rear: scattered segmental-arched
sashes.
