ST 40 SW BROADWINDSOR DRIMPTON ROAD

4/38 Hayes Farmhouse

GV II

Detached Farmhouse. Early C19. Dressed stone walls, with plain
corner pilasters and hollow-moulded cornice. Slate roof with stone
gable-copings. 2 brick stacks at left and right-hand gables. 2
storeys. 3 windows, recessed sashes with thin glazing-bars, tall panes,
4 panes' wide. Stone cills. Front door at centre, with flush and
recess-panel door. Semi-circular fanlight over, with glazing-bars.
C20 concrete porch, with pitched slate roof. Attached range at right
hand, same materials and a stone gable-coping. 2 storeys, 2 windows
of the same type, wooden cills.
