GV II*

Vicarage, now house. Mid C16; extended 1853-4 by G. E. Street. Coursed limestone
rubble; gabled stone slate roof; mid C19 stone ashlar end stack to right gable;
large C16 external lateral stone stack to rear, with ashlar flue; similar
lateral stack to rear of mid C19 wing. L-plan with mid C19 front right wing. 2
storeys. C16 wing; lean-to porch at angle of wings has C20 door set in moulded
stone architrave which includes C16 casement mouldings, and reset C15 two-light
cinquefoil-headed window. C16 three-light moulded stone-mullioned windows with
arched leaded-lights to front and left gable end; C18 leaded casements to rear.
Mid C19 wing: of one storey and attic; 2-window range with tympanum arches over
2 and 3-light cinquefoil-headed windows and similar window in gabled half
dormer; restored C16 two-light chamfered stone-mullioned window to rear.
Interior inspection not possible but likely to be of interest.
