Probably two houses, now house and shop. Mid-late C18,
altered, raised and extended in mid C19; right side rebuilt in
c1965. Painted brick front, left side of pink and cream
mottled brick, right side of red brick in stretcher bond, and
rear of rubble stone, raised in brick; moulded timber eaves
cornice. Pantile roof with coped right gable and brick end
stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window front. Left of centre
half-glazed house-door with overlight, with single-pane sash
window further to left. To right, pilaster and cornice shop
front containing wide 6-pane sash window over boarded riser.
On first floor are 2 single-pane sashes and 2 blocked windows.
All openings except shop window have painted flat arches of
gauged brick with keyblocks. All windows except that to shop
have painted stone sills. 2 gabled and bargeboarded dormers
with single-pane sashes inserted in attic.
