Public house, formerly house. Datestone 1690. Rendered, double roman tile
roofs. 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows under gable plus one in later, left
(south) wing, windows are 2 and 3-light timber casements except one 4-pane sash
at left and the 2 attic windows which have hollow chamfered mullions and
transoms under hoodmoulds, above these are blank oval windows in square frame,
central plain door, another similar inserted at left. At rear a C19 extension
has 2 storeys, 3 windows, 4-pane sashes, those on ground floor C20 multi-pane
casements, central plank door, all with cambered heads.
