Small house. Probably early C19. Painted render, possibly cob walls. Asbestos slate
roof with brick chimney over gable end right and over party wall left. 2 room plan.
3 window front. Top glazed 4-panel door off centre to left. Possibly blocked door to
right if originally pair of cottages. Top glazed C20 flat roofed porch. 6-pane
sashes with horns. Wooden lintels. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
