GV II

House with shop. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Coursed
granite rubble with colourwashed pebbledash front; gabled
slurried slate roof;
rendered end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window
first-floor range. Ground floor has plate-glass sash to right
of mid/late C19 tripartite shop front framed by thin outer
pilasters to frieze and cornice; canted 8-pane windows flank
3-panel door (upper panel glazed) with 2 side lights to right.
First-floor horned 2/2-pane sashes. Interior: plain C19
joists. Included for its good C19 shop front and for its group
value.
