Small villa; early C19; brick with stucco details. 2 storeys,
3 bays. All windows to front have 12-pane glazing-bar sashes.
Central Ionic entrance porch with full entablature carried
on free-standing columns, the frieze decorated with fluting
and rosettes. Entrance door has rectangular fanlight with
radiating glazing bars, Plain string course. Central window
on first floor has architrave and cornice carried on console
brackets; other windows have flat arched heads.Moulded eaves
cornice. Modern flanking walls and railings.
