Office. Mid to late C18. Stuccoed brick with double-span tile
roof. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 3 storeys; 4-window
range. Platt bands to upper floors; plain parapet. C20
openings to ground floor have brick surrounds. Upper windows
have sills, those to 1st floor with 12-pane sashes, those to
2nd floor have 6-pane sashes. Rear has casement windows.
INTERIOR: chamfered beams visible to 1st floor. Included for
group value.
