GV II

House, now house, shop and flat. Early C19 with late C19
alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings;
Welsh slate roof with stone ridge and chimney. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Right bay widest. Flat stone lintels over
paired doors at left, the first a boarded passage door in
plain stone jambs. Shop front at right has half-glazed
recessed door at right, slender mullions, and fascia with
cornice and canopy on hinged wrought-iron stays. Plain sashes
with flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills to No.108
at left; similar lintel to sash with glazing bars above shop
at No.110. Low-pitched roof has central chimney with top band
and rendered coping. INTERIOR: not inspected.
