Two houses, now office and shop. c1700 with later alterations.
Stucco with some timber-frame; tile roof with brick stack. 2
storeys with attic; 2-window range. Top cornice. Entrances to
ends have doorcases with pilasters, friezes and cornices, that
to left with reeded frieze and that to right with reeded
pilasters, both with glazed doors. Windows have casements:
No.9 with C20 casements; No.11 with shop window to ground
floor with pilasters, frieze and cornice, small-paned glazing
with opening pane, 1st floor with small-paned casement; 2
gabled dormers. Stack to front of ridge. INTERIOR: exposed
timber-framing and chamfered beams; No.9 has large fireplace
with bressumer and winding staircase.
