Includes No. 45 Leece Street. Bank. Late C18 with late C19
ground floor. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof.
Ground floor has pilastrade with panelled Ionic pilasters
and casement windows. Entrance in end bay has moulded arch
and keystone between Ionic attached columns. Strapwork
decoration to frieze. Upper windows with wedge lintels and
sashes with glazing bars. Top cornice carries round on
Leece Street facade, which is of 3 bays. End 2 bays have
ground floor similar to above and 2-light mullioned windows
with Gibbs surrounds to 1st floor. 1st bay has entrance
with segmental pediments, canted tripartite oriel above and
top balustrade, chimney to left.
