Detached house, formerly Holy Trinity Vicarage. c. 1820. Brown and gold stock bricks set in Flemish bond; Welsh slate gambrel roof with brick end stacks. Centre-hall entrance plan with staircase. Three storeys, basement and attic; double-fronted with 3-window range. Steps rise to doorway with pilaster jambs carrying corniced-head, pair of panelled and glazed doors and elliptical-arched patterned fanlight of coloured-glass. Gauged brick flat arches to 6/6 sashes. First-floor with full-length sashes and continuous balcony with iron railing and brackets. Brick cornice of 3 courses, parapet. Cast-iron rainwater head and downspout from roof to basement. Centre dormer. C20 2 1/2 storey addition to left end. Some patching-in of brick on left end of main facade. Attached cast-iron railings.
