Cottage at end of row. Early C19. Granite and other rubble
with timber lintels to ground floor, granite lintel to 1st
floor; asbestos slate roof with brick end stack on right.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; irregular 1-window range. Late
C19 four-pane horned sashes; doorway on left with late C19
four-panel door, with top panels later glazed, approached by 4
granite steps. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group
value.
