House in later row. C18. Granite rubble with timber lintels;
wheat-straw thatched roof with rubble stack on left, brick
stack on right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; nearly
symmetrical 2-window front. C20 12-pane 2-light casements over
early C19 16-pane hornless sashes. Doorway central to
fenestration; C20 door approached by 3 granite steps.
Victorian letterbox set into wall on left. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest. History: plaque over
door inscribed: "Robert Fitzimmons Champion of the World was
born here in 1863."
