Berrybarn and adjoining Barn

GV II

2 cottages and a barn. Early C18 end chimneystack house,
extended to left in early C19 and with barn added further to
the left. No 1 Berrybarn is early C18 fronted in black headers
with red brick dressings, with ashlar gable end with brick
tumbling in. Peg tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2
storeys 4 windows. 2 hipped dormers with casements. 4 blocked
in early C18 window openings with 2 3-light casements. C19
white brick porch with slate roof and round-headed arches. 6
panelled door, the top 2 panels glazed. Later outshut of stone
rubble with red brick dressings and slate roof. No 2 is early
C19 built of coursed clunch. 1 hipped dormer. 1 casement. Barn
to left of stone rubble with red brick dressings and slate
roof.
