Shop with apartment above. c1830-40. Gault brick with slate
roof. Corner site showing 3 bays to Market Place, one to
Station Road. 3 storeys. C20 shopfront wraps round corner.
Glazed C20 door to Market Place front, with, to its right, a
C20 sash with 6/6 glazing bars. First and second floors with
blind window to canted angle at corner. Remainder of
fenestration of 6/6 early C19 sashes to first floor and 3/3
sashes to second floor. All windows have segmental brick
surrounds. String course between first and second floors.
Modillion eaves cornice below hipped roof. Transverse ridge
stack to right of centre.
