Terrace of 5 houses. c1820. Render with limestone dressings,
pairs of tall brick party wall stacks and pantile double-pile
roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3
storeys and basement; 1-window range. Terrace linked by a
ground-floor string, with pilasters above to a moulded coping.
Right-hand semicircular-arched doorways have small brackets to
open pediments, fanlights, No.311 with 5 panes and batswing to
No.317, plate-glass the rest, and 6-panel doors, the upper 4
panels raised. 8/8-pane sashes. INTERIOR: entrance hall
divided by a semicircular arch from a dogleg stair with stick
balusters and column newels; panelled shutters and 6-panel
doors.
