House. 1850s. Stuccoed brick; slate roof with stucco stacks.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range, gable facing to
right. First-floor sill course. Ground floor has 2 French
windows, and large 12-pane sashed window in segmental-headed
recess to right First floor has 12-pane sashes; blocked
round-headed window to wing. Left return entrance front has
entrance in recess between 2 gabled wings: end stack to right;
12-pane tripartite sash window to left and 12-pane sash to 1st
floor; entrance has porch with antae with lotus capitals,
heavy gable with relief ornament; architraved door with 2 tall
round-headed panels. INTERIOR noted as having stick-baluster
staircase with wreathed handrail; moulded cornices.
