House, now office. c1810, with late C20 alterations and
additions. Stucco; tile roof. Georgian style. 2 storeys with
attic; 6-window range: 2 windows in forward break to left end;
gable to 3 windows to right of this. Top modillioned cornices
to either side of gable. Round-headed entrance to right of bow
window has doorcase with pilasters, entablature blocks and
plain open pediment, fanlight with ogee glazing bars over
6-panel door in panelled reveals. 2-storey bow window to left
end has rustication and pilaster strips on panelled plinths to
both floors, entablature on slender brackets to ground floor,
continuation of top cornice on slender brackets to 1st floor,
both have three 12-pane sashes; ground floor to right has 3
windows with 16-pane sashes and one with 12-pane sash to right
end; 1st floor has 3 windows with 16-pane top-hung casements
and flanking windows with 12-pane casements; attic has
6:8:6-pane casements to gable. Rear has C20 range and wing.
Interior has been altered.
