Stable and coach house to west of Newsham House. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys and 8 bays, central 2 bays break forward under pediment. Top cornice. 2 central bays have carriage entrances with segmental relieving arches. 1st, 2nd and 6th bays have windows with wedge lintels and sashes with glazing bars. 3rd bay has entrance with wedge lintel. 7th and 8th bays have inserted garage doors. 1st floor has glazed pitching eyes, those to 2nd, 4th, 5th and 7th bays are square with sashes, others are circular with flat stone surrounds. Small building attached between 3rd and 4th bays.
