Formerly 2 cottages. C17 restored. 2 storeys. 3 windows in all. Originally flints
and Bognor stone rubble with red brick dressings and stone quoins, but south half partly refaced with squared flints, brick dressings, stringcourses and quoins. Thatched roof.
Modern casement windows. One blocked doorway.
