Farmhouse. C17 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed
with brick additions; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack, and integral
end stack. One storey and attic; about 5 roof bays; timber framed
house to right, brick addition to left. Timber framed house: 2 tall
rectangular panels to eaves and short straight braces. 2:2 windows,
casements, projecting lean-to extension to right, gabled dormer to
left with shaped and fretted barge boards. Brick extension: 2 windows,
casements, 2 gabled dormers with shaped and fretted barge boards;
central door. Right hand gable: 3 square panels to the beam, and
straight tension braces, queen strut roof truss with central vertical
strut above the collar, one pair of purlins and ridge piece.
