Just next to the tree. Medieval cross base of limestone. Square base with broach stops to octagonal top and stump of octagonal cross shaft. In this small churchyard, monuments of a stepped base with a cross on top are quite popular, so it is easy to miss this medieval survival. (Photo Mar 2007).
