House, dated 1716 on door lintel, (with alterations). Large, coursed, dressed sandstone. Pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings and kneelers, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, wide proportions. Central C20 door, with glazed panel, under old chamfered lintel. Flanking wide C20 3-light casements, under replaced lintels, on both floors; Yorkshire sash at first floor centre. Large curved kneelers; end chimneys, the right stone-coped, the left rebuilt.
