Cottage pair. Mid C18. Random flint rubble with brick dressings under hipped, plain
tiled roofs. Two storeys with wide brick quoins to angles. Central corbelled ridge
stack and end stack to right. Leaded casement fenestration with 4 windows across the
first floor and four plain casements below; those to left and right of centre under
cambered heads. Door to left (No 1 Yew Tree Cottage) and door to right of centre
(No 2 Sawpit Cottage).
