House, now shop and house. Early C19. Red brick end but yellow
brick front. Slate roof at low pitch. A 2-storeys, double-pile
house facing E with symmetrical 3-windows wide S part with
central door, and one window over carriageway at N. Shopfront
with fascia inserted to left of door. Recessed sash windows with
6/6 panes, plastered reveals, and segmental arches. Triple sash
window to right of door, 6-panel flush-beaded door up 2 steps
with reeded pilasters and moulded flat hood on brackets. Double
doors and broad frame to carriageway. Dummy window painted in
recess over door. Included for group value.
