Headstone. 1779. Stone. Rectangular stone with shaped head. East face:
winged cherub head over inscription panel, flanked by wheatear drops.
Inscription reads:
Erected
In memory of Thomas Flunders
who died January 4 1779
Aged 73/5 years
Sound trumps of God and from the dust
A glorious temple raise
Where the returning soul shall dwell
And sing his Saviour's praise
West face: representation of a door of 4 raised and fielded panels, complete
with keyhole.
