C18 front. Stucco with pantile roof. 3 storeys. 1 window to 2nd floor 2 to 1st
floor (indicating earlier gable), mid-C19 sashes in flush frames. Modern shop-
front. To rear 3 storeys and basement. 2 bays, the right-hand one rounded back to
set-back line of street. 1 window on each ½ floor (for former staircase). Left-
hand bay has one range of windows, paired c.1800 glazing bar sashes. On 2nd floor
traces of an ovolo moulded wooden mullion type window.
Linked to No 19 by former Gas Lamp overthrow of local (singers) pattern.
