House, now offices. c1830, with mid C19 alterations. Stucco
with slate roof and single ridge stack. Channelled rusticated
ground floor, first-floor sill band, moulded eaves cornice. 2
storeys; 2-window range of segment-headed 16-pane sashes with
moulded surrounds. Below, to left, a shallow stucco portico
with Tuscan columns and cornice. Half-glazed 4-panel door with
fanlight. To right, a segment-headed 20-pane sash with moulded
surround and cornice with scroll brackets.
