House, now office. c1825. Yellow brick with painted ashlar
dressings and slate roof with single gable stack. Rendered
plinth, and sill band on each floor. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Windows are segment-headed plain sashes with cambered
lintels and keystones. To left, a 2-storey semicircular bay
window with a plain sash . To its right, a similar sash.
Below, to left, 3 plain sashes and to right, a wooden porch
with fluted Doric columns and cornice, and half-glazed door
with plain fanlight.
