House. c1830-50. Flemish-bond brick, stone cills and stepped
voussoirs, slate roof with bracketed eaves and brick stack to
right gable end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range.
Original 8/8-pane sash windows with margin panes, those to the
first floor have flat arches, that to ground-floor right has a
semicircular arch. The door, set in a semicircular arch has a
gabled trellised porch. INTERIOR not inspected. A similar
design to Nos 38-42 (qv). Included for group value.
