Two houses, now offices. Early C19, possible re-fronting to C18 building.

MATERIALS: constructed of brick laid in Flemish bond with a hipped slate tile roof and brick stacks.

PLAN: double-depth plan.

EXTERIOR: the principal elevation (south) comprises a two-storey, three-window range to the left, with a three-storey, two-window range to right. Plastered plinth and top cornices. The entrance to right-hand end has a doorcase with reeded pilasters, frieze, cornice and overlight to a fielded, four-panel door. The windows have sills and rubbed brick flat arches over sixteen-pane horned sashes. The two windows to the ground-floor left-hand end are in round-headed recesses. There are eight-pane horned sash windows to the second floor. Cross-axial stack and two gable-end stacks. To the rear is an earlier gabled wing.
