Shops and dwellings. Early C19. Brick; hipped roof with C20
pantiles. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window
range: 6/6 sashes (1 missing) under segmental arches; 3/3
sashes (late C19 to centre) over; brick modillion eaves. 3
much altered C19 shop fronts with moulded glazing shafts,
cast-iron columns, moulded fascia board and cornice; C19
half-glazed door to No.38. Spurstone and chamfered return to
right returned side, which has various sashes under segmental
arches; plank door in mutilated wing to rear. Rear has various
6/6 and 3/3 sashes; brick modillion eaves.
