House, now houses. Mid C19. stucco; brick; hipped Welsh slate
roof; 2 stucco lateral stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: central 6/6
sash with to left, mullion and transom window with C20(?)
casements; to right, blocked opening with moulded architrave;
moulded cornice to deep moulded wood eaves. Central entrance:
stucco porch with open pediment gable on square pilasters; 6/6
sash, and light, to left; moulded band over. North front:
round-headed sash to stairwell; various sashes. East front
(Belvedere): similar detailing; advanced central bay; advanced
wing to right.
INTERIOR: dogleg staircase with stick balusters and swan neck
rail; stairwell light. 1st floor: 4-panel doors with
architraves; picture-rails; architraves to windows; ceiling
cornice. Ground floor: 4- and 6-panel doors with architraves;
ceiling cornices and roses, one inserted; skirtings;
picture-rail; fireplace and overmantel (inserted); blocked
arched passage. Cellar: brick floors; stone-lined; bins;
barred grille; oak stair.
