brick arches and these on the ground floor have been replaced
by circa late C19 sashes without glazing bars. Central

Across the front a verandah with wooden trellis piers and
zinc-clad tented canopy. 2-window left- and right-hand side
elevations with early and late C19 sashes, the right-hand side
has a ground floor garden door and the left-hand side has a
circa late C19 canted bay window with a moulded cornice and
sash windows with keystones in flat arches. At the rear
single-storey service and outhouse range around 2 sides of a
small back yard which is enclosed on the left side by a wall.

chimneypieces in 3 of the ground floor rooms. Panelled
internal window shutters and other original joinery and the
plasterwork is probably intact.
