Former school, now a house. Early C19, with late C19 bay
windows and late C20 glazing. Brick with stone and stucco
dressings and hipped slate roof topped with a square wooden
bellcote with pyramidal roof. First floor band, deep moulded
wooden eaves, 2 ridge stacks. Square plan. 3 storeys; 3 window
range of metal framed casements, and above, 3 similar smaller
casements. All these windows have multi keystoned lintels.
Below, central Roman Doric porch with painted stone lions,
covering a part-glazed fielded 4-panel door with overlight. On
either side, single canted stone bay windows with 3 C20 metal
framed casements.
