Former brewery, now warehousing. Mid C19. Flint with gault
brick dressings and slate roofs. 3-4 storeys. Arcade of 5
recessed bays to first and second floors now with C20
fenestration. Over left 2 bays is a dentilled pediment. 2
further storeys over remaining bays, with 2 recessed arches
and a hipped roof. In roof are 2 malting louvres. 2-storey
warehousing extends north-east under a gabled slate roof.
