Formerly known as: Nos.302-306 LIVERPOOL.
Semi-detached villas. c.1820. Stuccoed brick; hipped tile and
Welsh-slate roofs with projecting eaves. Recessed sidehall
entrance with staircase. 2 storeys with basement; 3 windows
each. Rusticated stucco ground floor. Ground-floor round
arched openings with keystones. Sash windows with curved
glazing bars in panelled recesses. Steps rise to semi-circular
arched doorway, which has pilaster jambs carrying
corniced-heads, fanlight and panelled door. 1st floor with
architraved sash windows with horns and decorated apron
panels. All with stucco band beneath eaves, centre-wall stacks
and raking dormer to side.
