Semi-detached villas. Early C19. Stucco over brick; hipped
plain tile and slated roofs with projecting bracketed eaves
and party-wall stacks. Sidehall entrances with staircase. 3
storeys and basements, 3 windows each. Entrance bay set-back.
Rendered rusticated ground-floors with round-arched openings
with keystones. Sash windows with curved and radiating glazing
bars in panelled recess. Steps rise to doorway: columned jambs
carrying corniced-heads, radiating fanlight and original
panelled door. 1st floors with sill band beneath full-length,
square-headed, recessed architraved sash windows. All with
bracketed cornices and incised apron panels. 2nd floors with
architraved square-headed sash windows.
