Four terraced houses. c.1840. Stock bricks laid in Flemish bond with rusticated stucco ground floor; artificial and Welsh-slate roofs (gabled to centre houses and hipped to end houses) with slightly projecting eaves and party-wall brick stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase. Three-storeys and basement; 2 windows each. Steps rise to deeply recessed doorway flanked by pilasters carrying simple entablature; panelled door with 3-paned rectangular overlight. Ground-floor 6/6 sashes with margin lights. Stucco storey band to first floor. Upper storeys with gauged brick flat arches to 6/6 sashes. Included for group value.
