GV II

Terraced houses, now offices. Late C18. Brown brick set in
Flemish bond, mansard roofs of Welsh slate. Four storeys over
basement, three windows each; nos 84 and 88 painted. Steps up
to round-arched entrance with wooden doorcase of pilasters,
consoles and open pediment except no 86 which has engaged
Ionic columns; fanlight, with decorative glazing to nos 88-90
and 94; panelled doors of original design to nos 86-94. All
windows flat-arched with heads of gauged red brick where
visible. 6/6 sashes of original design to no 88. Parapet. Two
pedimented dormers to each house. Stacks to party walls. The
front of no 94 appears to be much rebuilt. Area and forecourt
railings with urn standards and pinched spike finials.
