Shop, now a bank. c1840. Stucco with painted stone dressings
and slate roof with stepped stone coping to gable ends.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. All
windows are 6/6-pane sashes in moulded architraves. Bays are
articulated by plain pilasters with block capitals supporting
a moulded cornice; a low parapet is clad in lead. 3 slate
steps up to the central Ham Hill stone doorcase introduced
c1970, with a moulded elliptical arch supported by
Tuscan-style engaged columns. To the right are steps up to a
former doorway, and attached to right corner is a C20
single-storey wing, the coping of which is swept up to the
main house. This has one 6/6-pane sash. INTERIOR: ground floor
totally altered.
