Shop. Mid C19. Limestone rubble with brick to ground-floor
left, coursed rubble to previous parapet of which approx 1m
survives to the left; slate roof, hipped to front with gutter;
ball finial to left gable end at rear. Trapezium-shape plan
tapering to rear. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Steps at left up
to C20 glazed door with overlight, below a C19 two/two-pane
sash; to first-floor right is a similar but wider window, both
under concrete lintels. Off-centre right is a mid C19 shop
window with recessed panels to pilasters, a dentilled cornice
and C20 glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
