Road bridge. c1797. By John Rennie (Engineer). For the
Lancaster Canal Company. Coursed squared sandstone. Concave on
plan with slightly battered abutments. Semi-elliptical arch
with a triple keystone and a band above. Parapets with a
rounded coping, and rectangular terminals.
